If you need to cancel your domestic Volaris flight, you can do so and receive a refund, but you will have to inform the Volaris Airlines customer support team 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. If you want to cancel your ticket, you will need to submit a refund request form. The airline will not transfer a refund to your account without accepting your refund request.
